I’m Ben Graber, a follower of Jesus, a pastor, and someone who loves seeing people encounter the transforming grace of God. Over the past few years of serving in ministry, God has been steadily shaping a desire in me to plant a new church where people can come to genuine, transformative faith in Christ and be set free by His blood.

We will be moving to Flower Mound, Texas, where I will be on staff at The Village Church as a church plant resident for roughly 17 months to learn and study church planting.
We go to Texas with hands wide open for the Lord to make known His will on where we will plant. This residency is a step of obedience and expectation.

Why are you planting a church?
We believe that God is calling our family to help establish a new gospel-centered church that reaches people with the hope of Jesus Christ. Church planting creates new disciples, new leaders, and new communities to flourish and grow in relationship with God.
What is the church-planting residency?
The church-planting residency is a program of training, mentoring, and hands-on ministry at The Village Church. This program prepares us spiritually, practically, and pastorally for the work of planting a healthy and sustainable church.
When and where will the church officially launch?
After a season of preparation through the church‑planting residency, our anticipated launch window is August or September of 2028. The exact timing will depend on the needs of the community we’re called to and the formation of a healthy core team. Most church plants launch after the residency is complete and after we’ve spent intentional time building relationships in the new city.
As for the location, we’re seeking the Lord’s direction and trusting Him to make the path clear.
